The UtiLocate Viewer was created to allow excavators and utilities to immediately pick up their completed locate request forms directly from the their Locate Service Provider’s master database. The program allows you to input request numbers and if you are the owner of that locate request form, you will instantly see the primary and secondary request sheets. The locate request sheets are made available in PDF format. This means that you must have Adobe reader version 5.0 or better installed on your machine. While viewing the locate request form with Adobe Reader, you are able to download, print, save or email. View a screenshot here.

At installation the software will require you to contact ComPeters, Inc. by phone or email with the registration code that appears after you have finished installing the program.

You will need to have the activation code ready as well as the name of your company.
